What is Documentary Wedding Videography? People often ask us what kind of style we use to capture and produce a wedding film?  We’ve been shooting documentary wedding videography across the UK and abroad  for over 15 years and the demand hasn’t dropped despite the emergence of other styles.

Documentary style wedding video essentially gives you a play-by-play of the entire wedding as it happens. It is typically shot and edited in chronological order with the emphasis on telling the story as it happens keeping the audience engaged.  This has been and still is the traditional approach for a wedding videos. It captures all of the special moments of the day and re plays in real time.

Commencing at the bridal preparations to view bride and bridesmaids having their hair and make up completed, the onto the ceremony for the groom and guests arriving. The coverage captures the speeches and first dance and everything in between in real time.

Its about wedding videography that naturally captures the rawness and emotion of a wedding day as it happens with nothing staged or set up.

We are quiet and unobtrusive in how we capture a wedding day that then allows a true depiction of the day, story telling.

We travel nationally but are based in the North West capturing Cheshire weddings, Lancashire weddings & Liverpool Weddings.

Documentary wedding videography is normally captured from multiple cameras for effective cut aways that allow the story to be effectively told.
